Wade has been working in the marine and heavy construction industry since 1986. He is a founding partner of BCI. Wade is a highly motivated self-starter who has worked his way up the corporate ladder through hands–on practical experience.
Starting as a laborer, he has held many positions including Foreman, Chief Estimator, Project Manager, Vice President, and President. Wade served six years in the Florida Army National Guard and is Honorably Discharged.
In his spare time, Wade enjoys numerous outdoor activities including mountain biking, motocross, hiking and camping. He lives in Stuart, Florida with his wife of more than three decades. They have raised two children.
