We enforce full PPE on every site without exception and conduct monthly unannounced OSHA-style inspections to hold ourselves to the highest standard. Our teams complete ongoing training in crane and rigging, heavy equipment operation, and OSHA safety programs to stay sharp and accountable. Safety at BCI is second nature, a shared responsibility that protects our people, our partners, and the reputation we have built by doing things the right way.
