scope of work

  • Construct approximately 550 linear feet of new coated steel sheet pile seawall with a reinforced concrete cap.
  • Installation of a new timber wharf system running the length of the seawall, built from pressure-treated timber framing, Endeck PVC decking, and stainless-steel hardware.
  • Construction of new timber finger piers to provide improved residential docking for condominium owners.
  • Marine construction was performed from barges and floating equipment.
  • Managed vibration control for sheet pile installation, including a two-method installation plan that combined standard marine driving with low-vibration press-in equipment near the building.
  • Completed all material deliveries, staging, and concrete placement from the water to avoid impacts to the occupied condominium during peak winter residency.
  • Coordinated with the engineer and ownership to redesign and phase the project based on structural priorities and budget considerations.
