  • 6,350 SF of concrete floating docks supported by 18” x 55’ steel pipe piles.
  • 7,300 SF of fixed timber docks featuring a 300’ concrete pile wave-break.
  • 1,875 SF of aluminum floating docks supported by 12.75” x 45’ steel pipe piles.
  • 22 boat lifts with individual capacities of 30,000 lbs.
  • Redevelopment of a 4-acre upland site, integrating marina and upland features.
  • Construction of a fully enclosed 1-acre dry stack storage building.
  • Creation of a Tiki community area including a pool, bar, and gathering space.
  • Installation of all mechanical, electrical, and piping utilities to support both upland and marina infrastructure.
  • Work performed with environmental protection controls and adherence to FDOT and FDEP standards.
