scope of work
- Demolition of existing fixed timber docks and removal of aging abutment structures.
- Installation of new vinyl sheet pile bulkheads with reinforced concrete caps and access sidewalks.
- Replacement of the dock system with three new concrete floating docks and aluminum gangways.
- Driving of twelve steel anchor piles to support the new floating structures.
- Upgrades and repairs to the public boat ramp, including new concrete transitions and shoreline interface improvements.
- All marine construction was performed using a heavy barge and specialized floating equipment.
