- Performed a test pile program to establish driving criteria and confirm required capacities.
- Installed 1,535 l.f. of 18 inch prestressed concrete production piling for the bridge foundations.
- Constructed the substructure, including reinforced concrete end bents, caps, wingwalls, backwalls, and bearing seats in accordance with FDOT bridge standards.
- Set the full span of precast prestressed flat slab bridge units, including bearing pad installation, alignment, and dual crane slab placement.
- Constructed the superstructure concrete elements, including closure pours, diaphragms, shear keys, and bridge deck expansion joints.
- Placed the bridge deck wearing surface and approach slab surfaces using a Bid Well style roller screed.
- Installed 296 l.f. of aluminum bridge railing and 296 l.f. of FDOT 32 inch vertical face concrete traffic railing.
- Completed bridge ancillary items including patterned pavement, thermoplastic striping, raised pavement markers, and associated signage.
- Performed all major lifting, slab placement, and piling operations.
