scope of work
- Removal of existing timber bridge structures and selective clearing and grubbing along the proposed bike path alignment.
- Construction of new bridge substructures, including placement of Class IV structural concrete for footings and abutments and installation of reinforcing steel for all substructure elements.
- Installation of treated timber piling, totaling more than 1,300 linear feet, with FDOT-approved pile overrun incorporated into the final quantities.
- Construction of timber bridge superstructures, including treated timber framing and decking for all three pedestrian bridges along the project.
- Completion of all bridge components, final inspections, and turnover in accordance with FDOT specifications and project requirements.
