- Replacement of the aging public docks with all new treated timber construction totaling 2,775 square feet.
- Installation of 86 new treated timber piles, including furnish, set, and drive operations.
- Construction of a new roofed viewing platform, including roof framing, materials, and 336 square feet of metal roofing.
- Installation of 243 linear feet of new dock handrail and pickets for public safety.
- Structural improvements to the seawall, including 30 linear feet of wall reconstruction with vinyl sheet piles, excavation and backfill, concrete cap, tiebacks, and new slab.
- Repairs and upgrades to the boat ramp interface, including demolition of deteriorated concrete, replacement of transition slabs, and shoreline work.
- Deployment of 300 linear feet of turbidity barrier and full environmental controls throughout construction.
