- Full replacement of framing and decking along an 8 foot wide by 500 foot long waterfront boardwalk, including removal of existing members and installation of all new treated timber framing, stringers, pile caps, and decking.
- Replace 41 treated timber mooring piles.
- Install 90 concrete pile repair jackets.
- Complete 16 concrete crack repairs (10 minor, 5 major, 1 spall).
- Replace 1 timber fender system, 1 bench, 1 cleat, and 3 light pedestals.
- Repair 1 gangway-to-pier connection
