  • ThruFlow decking installed on complex radial and curved geometries with precision edge alignment
  • IPE post and stainless-steel cable rail system with custom aluminum tube supports and concealed plate connections
  • Significant grade transitions resolved with ADA ramping, stepped landings, and tight survey tolerances
  • Structural system re-engineered by BCI with pressure treated SYP beams and stringers, posts embedded in dune sands for lateral stability
  • Full shop drawings produced by BCI for every segment.
  • Executed under DEP permitting with dune protection, vegetation mitigation, and minimal disturbance methods
  • Active resort environment with controlled access, guest safety barriers, and off-site staging
