Frank has more than two decades in heavy marine and civil construction.  He is proficient in Project Management, Estimating, Cost Engineering, Bid and Contract Documents, Contract Administration, Design Drawings and Shop Drawings, and CPM Scheduling.  

As Project Manager, Construction Manager and Estimator, Frank has worked on projects with budgets ranging from $500,000 to $50,000,000.  

Frank holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Building Construction from the University of Florida (1989).  He earned his General Contractor’s License in 2006.  

Frank is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys running and spending time at the beach.
