  • Replacemed six low-level bridges within the Palm Beach Isles neighborhood on Singer Island.
  • Working in a fully developed residential community, requiring precise staging & continuous one-way traffic access.
  • Each bridge replaced in its existing alignment and widened to include bicycle and pedestrian shoulders.
  • Construction completed under a fast-track schedule with overlapping bridge sequences and limited work zones.
  • New bridges supported on 18-inch square prestressed concrete piles drilled and driven through dense coral rock to achieve design bearing.
  • Abutments and bulkheads constructed using precast panels, tieback systems, and cast-in-place concrete caps.
  • Precast slab units laterally post-tensioned and topped with cast-in-place concrete.
  • Utilities relocated and integrated into new planter walls.
  • Turbidity controls implemented to protect seagrass beds and water quality during in-water operations.
