Wade has been working in the marine and heavy construction industry since 1986. He is a founding partner of BCI. Wade is a highly motivated self-starter who has worked his way up the corporate ladder through hands–on practical experience. Starting as a laborer, he has held many positions including Foreman, Chief Estimator, Project Manager, Vice President, and President. Wade served six years in the Florida Army National Guard and is Honorably Discharged.
In his spare time, Wade enjoys numerous outdoor activities including mountain biking, motocross, hiking and camping. He lives in Stuart, Florida with his wife of 33 years. They have raised two children.
Frank has more than two decades in heavy marine and civil construction. He is proficient in Project Management, Estimating, Cost Engineering, Bid and Contract Documents, Contract Administration, Change Orders and Claims, Design Drawings and Shop Drawings, and CPM Scheduling. As Project Manager, Construction Manager and Estimator, Frank has worked on projects with budgets ranging from $500,000 to $50,000,000.
Frank holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Building Construction from the University of Florida (1989). He earned his General Contractor’s License in 2006.
Frank is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys running and spending time at the beach.
Marty has been working in heavy civil and marine construction for well over a decade with responsibilities including preparation and review of bid proposals, project planning and supervision, contract and cash flow management, and business development.
His experience includes operational oversight of projects ranging from $100,000 to $127,000,000 for clients including the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the South Carolina State Ports Authority, and the Florida Department of Transportation amongst others. His projects have been specifically focused on pile driving and deep foundations, marinas, bridges, mass earthwork operations, support of excavations and drainage systems, shoreline stabilization, dredging, marine transportation and port terminal development work.
Marty holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and active GC Licenses in three states along the U.S. east coast. He is highly proficient in estimating with HCSS HeavyBid, scheduling with Primavera P6 and technical planning with AutoCAD and Excel.
In his spare time Marty enjoys fishing, golfing, sporting clays and wood working projects.
Lyza has been managing projects including heavy/civil/marine construction as well as utility distribution design since 2005. She holds a State of Florida Certified Marine Specialty Contractor's license , an Associate in Science degree in Building Construction Technology (2010), and a Bachelor in Applied Science degree in Organizational Management (2014). In 2015, Lyza earned her Project Management Professional credentials from the esteemed Project Management Institute. She has managed a variety of construction projects including bridges, water control structures, bulkheads, docks/piers, etc. ranging in value from $100,000 to $5,000,000. While working in the utility industry, she oversaw a team of 35-50 people working on 150-300 active work requests valued at approx. $8,000,000/year.
Lyza has two "dog kids' and in her free time, she enjoys football, rock concerts, studying history, and riding rollercoasters; but above all, she loves to travel and hopes to see as much of the world as possible.
Nathan has been working in civil construction for 10+ years , primarily focused on infrastructure in the gulf coast region. He has held positions from general laborer to project manager and almost everything in between. His career has involved working directly with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and Department Of Transportation. Nathan has experience working on a variety of projects that range from $20,000 to $1,400,000,000 with management of projects ranging from $10,000 to $4,500,000.
In his free time, Nathan likes to golf, hunt, spend time with his family, and do anything in or around the water.
